SDS Telkom Batam Visits Polibatam to Learn Robotics and Applied Technology

BATAM – Politeknik Negeri Batam once again opened learning opportunities for young learners. On May 21, 2026, Polibatam welcomed an educational visit from SDS Telkom Batam, attended by 64 fifth-grade students and 4 accompanying teachers. The visit aimed to provide students with direct learning experiences in Polibatam’s vocational campus environment.

During the visit, the students were introduced to the world of robotics, animation, and applied technology through practical and interactive activities. They learned basic robotics concepts, technology applications, and digital creativity through an introduction to animation and creative industry design.

In addition to theoretical and practical learning, the students also experienced Polibatam’s campus life, including practice-based learning methods and technology-oriented education that aligns with industry needs. This activity is expected to foster students’ interest in learning, creativity, and inspiration from an early age.
