Results of the Service Quality Perception Index Survey of the Polibatam Information Center

POLIBATAM-Hi #PolibatamFriends, we would like to convey the results of a survey on the service quality perception index of users of the Polibatam Information Center for the period January – March 2023. The results of the Information Center service user satisfaction survey show statistics on service user satisfaction as follows:
As many as 57% of the 97 respondents, or about 55 respondents, gave a value of 4 in the very good category. 39 respondents, or about 40%, gave a value of 3 in the good category, and the remaining 3 respondents, or around 3%, gave a value of 2 in the sufficient category.
