Polibatam Team Won First Runner-Up in the Men’s Recitation Category at the National Student MTQ Event 2023

POLIBATAM-Politeknik Negeri Batam (Polibatam) Team won 1st Runner-up in the Men’s Tilawah Category at the 2023 National Student Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur’an (MTQ) event, which was held at Brawijaya University, Malang. National Student Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur’an (MTQMN) is a competition held by the Ministry of Education and Culture every 2 years. MTQMN 2023, this time, was held on November 3-10, 2023.

The Polibatam team succeeded in winning 1st Runner-up in the Men’s Recitation category on behalf of Waly Farihin from the D4 Robotics Engineering study program. Further, the achievement obtained was also being a finalist in the category of Musabaqah for Al-Qur’an Computer Application Design.

“Alhamdulillah, the Polibatam MTQ team won 1st Runner-up in the Men’s Recitation Category in this event, and the Polibatam team also took part in several other Musabaqah categories, including men’s tartil, women’s tartil, contemporary kathil and men’s hifdzil,” said Kamarudin as a Supervisor of Polibatam MTQ Team.
