Polibatam Holds Inhouse Training on Workplace Interpersonal Skills Using Practical NLP Approach

BATAM – Politeknik Negeri Batam (Polibatam) hosted an Inhouse Training on Workplace Interpersonal Skills based on a Practical Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) approach on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at the Polibatam Auditorium.

The training was organized to strengthen human resource competencies within Polibatam, particularly in enhancing interpersonal communication, collaborative work, emotional management, and fostering a positive mindset in a professional workplace.

Through the Practical NLP approach, participants gained insights into effective communication techniques, building harmonious work relationships, improving active listening skills, and strategies to boost self-confidence and positive influence in the workplace.

The training attracted enthusiastic participation from Polibatam’s faculty and staff.
