Polibatam Gained 6 Awards from the Academic Directorate of Vocational Higher Education in 2023

POLIBATAM-Politeknik Negeri Batam (Polibatam) Campus gained six awards from the Academic Directorate of Vocational Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia in 2023. The awarding was held on Friday, 8 December 2023, at the Sahid Jaya Hotel & Convention Yogyakarta.

The awards achieved by Polibatam are:
1. Rank 1: Category for the Number of external partners involved in implementing PBL.
2. Rank 1: Category for the Number of PBL results utilized by the community.
3. Rank 1: Category for the Number of PBL project titles implemented
4. Rank 2: P2MD Implementation Category.
5. Rank 3: Intellectual Property Acquisition Category.
6. Rank 2: Kamarudin, the PKM Supervisor Category with the Most Funding.

“Thank you and congratulations to the entire Polybatam academic community (lecturers, laboratory assistants, all units, staff, and students) for their dedication to building better education. “The appreciation given by the Academic Directorate of Vocational Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, hopefully, will make Polibatam continue to develop better,” said Rifi, Deputy Director 1 for Academic Affairs at Polibatam.

This award is carried out to reward the extraordinary dedication and contribution of the colleges Organizing Vocational Education Programs and to motivate and encourage vocational colleges to continue improving the quality of vocational higher education. This year, the theme raised is the Implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education through the Academic Directorate of Vocational Higher Education Program.
