CDC Polibatam Holds Internship Debriefing Seminar for the 2023/2024 Academic Year

POLIBATAM-Politeknik Negeri Batam (Polibatam) CDC (Career Development Central) conducted an activity “Internship Debriefing for 2023/2024 Academic Year” at the Polibatam Auditorium on Thursday, 6 July 2023. In this internship debriefing activity, there are two sessions. First, the face-to-face/Offline session was attended by 400 Polibatam students from all majors. Second, online sessions with Zoom are carried out when students are in an internship or unavailable.

The material presented was not only about internships but also about work safety and Sexual Violence Prevention Training. Among the debriefing materials provided are as follows: Employment guarantee program (BPJS TK), OSH in traffic, OSH in the workplace, and Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence/Pencegahan dan Penanganan Kekerasan Seksual (PPKS) in the internship environment.

Hopefully, with this seminar, students who do internships will be able to gain useful knowledge but can also be safe until they finish their internship.
