Polibatam Opens Recruitment for PPKPT Task Force for Lecturers and Education Personnel
BATAM – Politeknik Negeri Batam (Polibatam), through the Task Force for the Prevention and Handling of Violence in Higher Education (Satgas PPKPT), is opening an opportunity for lecturers and education personnel to participate in creating a safe, inclusive, and violence-free campus environment.
A safe and supportive campus is an important space for learning, working, and creating, and it must be maintained together by the entire academic community. Through this open recruitment, Polibatam invites lecturers and education personnel to take an active role in supporting the prevention and handling of violence within the campus environment.
The involvement of lecturers and education personnel in the PPKPT Task Force is expected to strengthen an academic culture built on mutual respect, care, safety, and empowerment. The presence of the task force also plays an important role in building an educational environment that is responsive to issues of violence and committed to the safety and well-being of all members of the campus community.
