Polibatam Holds In-House Training on Goods and Services Procurement for Fiscal Year 2026

BATAM — Politeknik Negeri Batam (Polibatam) organized an In-House Training on Goods and Services Procurement (PBJ) for Fiscal Year 2026 under the theme “Introduction and Strengthening of Understanding of the Latest Procurement Regulations for Commitment-Making Officials (PPK), Technical Teams, and Related Units.” The training was conducted over two days, Wednesday–Thursday, 28–29 January 2026, at the 2nd Floor Auditorium of Polibatam.

The event was officially opened by the Vice Director II of Polibatam, Arniati, Ph.D. In her opening remarks, she emphasized the importance of continuous capacity building and enhanced understanding for all parties involved in goods and services procurement, to ensure that procurement processes at Polibatam comply with the latest regulations and are conducted in a transparent and accountable manner.

The In-House Training aims to strengthen the capacity of Commitment-Making Officials (PPK), technical teams, and related units, particularly in responding to the evolving policies and systems governing government procurement of goods and services.

The training featured Cak Mustofa as the keynote speaker, who has extensive experience and expertise in the field of government procurement. In addition to material presentations, the program included procurement simulation sessions using the e-procurement system, enabling participants to gain a more practical and applied understanding of procurement workflows in real operational settings.

Through this training, Polibatam expects to foster a shared understanding across units, enhance compliance with procurement regulations, and strengthen professional and integrity-based procurement governance. The In-House Training on Goods and Services Procurement for FY 2026 was held from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (WIB) and was attended by representatives from various work units within Politeknik Negeri Batam.
