Acceptance of Proposals for the Polibatam Student Creativity Program (PKM) 2024
POLIBATAM-In order to take part in Student Creativity Program/Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa (PKM) activities at the National level in 2024, we are hereby conveyed the acceptance of the Politeknik Negeri Batam PKM Proposal with the following stages:
1. Student groups submit PKM proposal titles with the approval of the PKM accompanying Lecturer via the link: https://bit.ly/PengajuanJudulPKM2024.
2. The PKM Coordinator Team reviews the proposed title. If the title is approved, it will be validated via the link: https://bit.ly/ValidasiJudulPKM2024 and proceed to the proposal submission stage. If it is not approved, the student group is obliged to correct the title until it is approved.
3. Student groups submit PKM proposals with the approval of the accompanying lecturer via the link: https://bit.ly/PengajuanProposalPKM2024.
4. The PKM Coordinator Team reviews the submitted proposals. The results of the proposal review can be accessed via the link: https://bit.ly/HasilReviewPKM2024.
5. The Student Group made improvements from the results of the review. The results of the revised proposal approved by the accompanying Lecturer are then uploaded on the link: https://bit.ly/PerbaikanProposalPKM2024.
6. The PKM coordinator team carries out final internal validation to determine that the submitted proposals are suitable for upload at the National level via the link: https://bit.ly/ValidasiAkhirInternalPKM2024. If it has not been approved, the student group should improve the proposal until it is approved.
7. Student groups submit PKM proposals at the national level via the page: https://simbelmawa.kemdikbud.go.id/portal/index.php using the accounts obtained from each accompanying lecturer.
8. The accompanying lecturer validates the Simbelmawa page through an account obtained from the PKM coordinator team.
9. Deputy Director 3 validates the Simbelmawa page to finalize the PKM proposal submission at the National level.
The deadline for submitting internal-level PKM proposals is December 31, 2023.
