Polibatam’s TPPU Program Earns Outstanding Accreditation, Reinforcing Its Role in Aviation Vocational Education

BATAM – Another proud achievement comes from Politeknik Negeri Batam (Polibatam). The Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Study Program (TPPU) at the Diploma III level has officially been awarded Outstanding Accreditation by the Independent Accreditation Agency for Engineering Study Programs (LAM Teknik).

This achievement is stated in the Decree of LAM Teknik No. 0074/SK/LAM Teknik/VD3/IV/2026, which confirms that the TPPU Study Program at Polibatam has received the highest accreditation rating. The accreditation certificate is valid from April 21, 2026, to April 20, 2029.

This Outstanding Accreditation serves as strong evidence of Polibatam’s commitment to delivering high-quality vocational education, particularly in the field of aircraft maintenance and repair. The TPPU Study Program has long been recognized as one of Polibatam’s flagship programs, focusing on developing students’ technical competencies to ensure they are industry-ready, especially in the aviation sector.

This success is the result of the collective efforts of the entire academic community, including lecturers, educational staff, students, and the continuous support from industry partners.
