Polibatam Team Sweeps Eight Awards at the 2026 International Business Administration Competition (IBAC)

BANDUNG – Politeknik Negeri Batam (Polibatam) has once again achieved an outstanding international accomplishment. Polibatam students secured eight awards at the 2026 International Business Administration Competition (IBAC), organized by the Business Management Department of Politeknik Negeri Bandung from August 9–12, 2026.

IBAC is an annual competition that provides a platform for students to demonstrate their competencies, creativity, and professional skills in the field of business administration. The competition brings together talented students from various higher education institutions to compete in a range of categories that assess technical expertise, communication skills, planning, information management, and business development capabilities.

Through thorough preparation, strong commitment, and guidance from their lecturers, the Polibatam delegation delivered excellent performances across various competition categories. Their efforts resulted in an impressive achievement of three first-place awards, four second-place awards, and one third-place award.

The eight achievements secured by Polibatam students at IBAC 2026 are as follows:

  2. Eliza Nurul Hamidah – 1st Place, Master of Ceremony – Master Category
  3. Arinah Dhiaurrahma – 1st Place, Meeting Planning – Competent Category
  4. Rahmat Ananda Herman – 2nd Place, Business Presentation – Advanced Category
  5. Ghina Nur Rahmani – 2nd Place, Filing – Master Category
  6. Ayu Febi Sulistya – 2nd Place, Secretarial – Skill Category
  7. M. Budiman Salasin – 2nd Place, Business Plan – Master Category
  8. Muhammad Rayhan Rahmadhan – 3rd Place, Business Plan – Proficient Category

These achievements demonstrate the students’ ability to apply the knowledge and skills gained throughout their studies in a competitive environment. They also reflect Polibatam students’ strong commitment to continuously improving their competencies, creativity, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and readiness to meet the evolving demands of the professional world.
