Polibatam Strengthens Performance-Based Governance through 2026 Department and Unit Performance Agreement Signing

Batam – Politeknik Negeri Batam (Polibatam) reaffirmed its commitment to professional, accountable, and performance-oriented higher education governance through the Signing of the 2026 Department and Unit Performance Agreements with the Director. The event was held on Tuesday, 10 February 2026, in Room 301, Main Building, 3rd Floor, Polibatam.

The signing ceremony was attended by the Director of Polibatam, Vice Director II, Vice Director III, and all structural leaders of departments and work units across the institution. The presence of the leadership team reflected the institution’s strong commitment to ensuring that every performance target is systematically planned, measurable, and effectively implemented.

The Performance Agreement serves as a strategic instrument to align the targets and achievements of each department and unit with the institution’s vision and mission. Referring to the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), the agreement establishes clear, measurable commitments for programs and activities to be carried out throughout 2026.
