Polibatam Holds 5K Fun Run as Part of Its 25th Anniversary Celebration Quarter Century of Synergy
BATAM – Politeknik Negeri Batam (Polibatam) successfully held a 5K Fun Run on Saturday, November 22, 2025, as part of the series of events celebrating Polibatam’s 25th Anniversary. The event received an enthusiastic response from students, alumni, lecturers, and staff, with participant slots filling up quickly as soon as registration opened.
The 2025 Fun Run served not only as a shared sports activity but also as a moment to strengthen community bonds and promote a healthy lifestyle within the campus environment. The event began at 05.00 WIB with participant registration, followed by the opening ceremony at 05.30 WIB. At 06.00 WIB, participants were officially flagged off to complete the 5-kilometer route around strategic areas surrounding the Polibatam campus.
The excitement continued at 07.30 WIB with entertainment and a door prize drawing featuring a variety of attractive gifts. The event concluded at 09.30 WIB with a group photo session, symbolizing unity and positive spirit in welcoming the peak celebration of Polibatam’s 25th Anniversary.
