Polibatam Achieves Outstanding Results at the 2026 National CAD-CAM Competition in Bandung

BATAM – Politeknik Negeri Batam (Polibatam) has once again achieved proud recognition at the national level. Polibatam student delegates successfully won several awards at the 2026 National CAD-CAM Competition (NCC) held at Politeknik Manufaktur Bandung.

Polibatam’s participation in this competition reflects the institution’s commitment to supporting the development of vocational student competencies, particularly in design, manufacturing, animation, and CAD-CAM-based technology. Previously, the delegates had been officially sent off to take part in the national competition as a form of institutional support for student achievement.

In the 2D Drafting category, Polibatam students earned several awards, namely 1st Place in the Debutant Category by Ahmad Fauzan, 3rd Place in the Debutant Category by Tri Muhariza, and 2nd Place in the Competent Category by Ahmad Zaky. These achievements demonstrate the students’ ability to produce precise technical work that meets competition standards.

Polibatam also achieved recognition in other categories. In the 3D Modelling category, Resfa won 2nd Place in the Expert Category. Meanwhile, in the Animation category, Muhammad Fikri Hamid earned 2nd Place in the Debutant Category, while Junio Julianto won 1st Place in the Advance Category. In the CAM Milling category, Muhammad Reza Fahlevi Noor secured 3rd Place in the Competent Category, while Andry Yulianto Rahman won 2nd Place in the Advance Category.

This series of achievements is a testament to the spirit, hard work, and competence of Polibatam students in competing at the national level. Through these accomplishments, Polibatam continues to strengthen the role of vocational education in producing excellent, skilled graduates who are ready to compete in the industrial sector. These achievements are also expected to inspire other students to continue creating, innovating, and bringing pride to Polibatam in various competitions.
