Get to Know the Building Areas at Polibatam

Batam – Politeknik Negeri Batam continues to introduce its campus environment to prospective students and the wider public through creative content based on Project Based Learning (PBL). One of these initiatives is a campus building introduction video produced by students of the Multimedia Engineering Technology Study Program.

This video invites #SobatPolibatam to get to know several buildings that are commonly used as main landmarks around the Polibatam campus. For prospective students or first-time visitors, this introduction is expected to help them better understand the locations and functions of several important buildings on campus.

The buildings featured in the video include the Main Building, which serves as one of the centers of campus activities and provides various facilities such as the information center, library, cafeteria, cooperative, and other campus services. The video also introduces Tower A or the Mohammad Nasir Building, a 12-storey building that has become one of Polibatam’s iconic landmarks.

In addition, the video highlights the Technopreneur Centre, a three-storey building with a rooftop area and room names inspired by districts in Batam City. Another interesting facility featured is the Polibatam Aircraft Hangar, a learning facility that serves as the base for the Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Study Program.

Through this introduction video, new students and prospective students can gradually become more familiar with the campus environment. By recognizing the buildings and facilities available, academic and non-academic activities at Polibatam are expected to run more comfortably and smoothly.

This Polibatam building area introduction video is a PBL project from the Multimedia Engineering Technology Study Program, produced by Team 2 PBL TRM 608. The content is also part of Polibatam’s effort to present campus information in a creative, informative, and youth-friendly way.
