Polibatam’s Cyber Security Engineering Study Program Earns IABEE Accreditation in 2026

BATAM – Another proud achievement has come from Politeknik Negeri Batam (Polibatam). The Applied Bachelor Program in Cyber Security Engineering (RKS) has successfully earned Accredited status based on the accreditation certificate issued by the Indonesian Accreditation Board for Engineering Education (IABEE) in 2026.

This achievement marks an important milestone for Polibatam’s Cyber Security Engineering Study Program in strengthening the quality of vocational higher education, particularly in the field of information, information security, cyber security, information assurance engineering technology and similarly named programs. Based on the accreditation certificate, this recognition was granted to the Applied Bachelor Program in Cyber Security Engineering at Politeknik Negeri Batam as a form of compliance with educational quality standards that are relevant to the needs of industry and the development of global technology.

The accreditation certificate was issued in Jakarta on March 31, 2026, and affirms that Polibatam’s Cyber Security Engineering Study Program has fulfilled the quality assurance standards established by IABEE. This achievement is not only a form of recognition of the quality of educational delivery, but also reflects Polibatam’s commitment to providing an excellent, adaptive, and internationally competitive educational program.
