Polibatam Presents Industrial Transformation Seminar through Karakuri Kaizen at Manufacturing Indonesia Series – Batam Chapter 2026
BATAM — Politeknik Negeri Batam (Polibatam) will present a seminar entitled “Industrial Transformation Through Karakuri Kaizen” as part of the Manufacturing Indonesia Series – Batam Chapter 2026. The seminar will be held on Thursday, October 1, 2026, starting at 10:00 AM until finish at the Seminar Area and is open to participants free of charge.
The seminar will highlight the application of Low-Cost Intelligent Automation (LCIA) as an approach to help industries improve efficiency while creating more ergonomic work processes. Through the concept of Karakuri Kaizen, participants will gain insights into how simple and low-cost automation solutions can be applied effectively to support production processes without relying on complex and expensive systems.
During the session, participants will explore the implementation of Karakuri Kaizen in industrial environments, the use of LCIA to improve operational efficiency, and automation solutions that support safer and more ergonomic work processes.
