An Exciting Educational Visit from Moeslem Binus International School to Polibatam!

BATAM – Politeknik Negeri Batam (Polibatam) welcomed a visit from Moeslem Binus International School, attended by elementary and junior high school students as part of an educational program introducing the world of vocational education.

The visit began at the Polibatam Aircraft Hangar, where the students were warmly received by Mr. Budiman from the Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Study Program (TPPU). During the session, students gained hands-on experience by exploring learning facilities, understanding aircraft functions, and even boarding an aircraft as part of the educational process.

The group then continued their visit to the Technopreneur Centre and entered the Tanjung Piayu Room (Grand Theater). The students watched Ficusia, an animated film created by Polibatam students that has gained international recognition. The activity was followed by an introduction to various study programs and the advantages of Project-Based Learning (PBL) implemented at Polibatam.

Through this activity, it is expected that students will gain early exposure to vocational education and be inspired in shaping their future educational paths.
